Hi,
I made the mistake a "long" time ago of deleting from my FTP, if you want to use the image in your journal, never delete them from FTP. If you've done that, reload them with the name you gave them the first time you loaded them up, and everything should be restored.
Don't remember what you named them? Right click on the red x'ed area, then select "properties." make a copy only of the title you gave the picture, then go you your FTP. Click "upload," then when prompted to give it a title right click into the box and select "paste." Now, upload the original picture that the title went with.
After that, the picture(s) should be restored, although you'd have to work one picture at a time to do this.
